El Paraiso Country Club are hosting a “Black, White & Bling” New Year´s Eve Gala Dinner on the 31st December. From 8pm you will be treated with Cava & Canapes followed by a sumptuous six course dinner with open bar.

Ham Hock & Country Range Terrine with pickled Mushroom & Apple Chutney
Pan seared Scallops & crispy Saffron Risotto Cake with Basil Dressing
Poached Dover Sole & Salmon Ballottine with Prawn Sauce & Creamy Spinach
Raspberry Sorbet with Rose Cava

Individual Beef Wellington, Fondant Potato, Caramelised Carrot Puree & French Beans

The evening will feature fabulous cabaret and entertainment by ex West End Performers Paul & Andrew – The hugely talented Lolas Boys – who will be  presenting a fantastic show-time extravaganza.
