To mark the 2-year anniversary, Glow Wellness & Fitness will host a special day of fitness, dance, exercise classes and an evening drinks party on Saturday 3rd May 2014.

Members and the local press are invited to enjoy a two-part event comprising a daytime programme of activities which will take place at Glow and outdoors from 10am onwards, followed by a glittering cocktail party at the Guadalpin Banús Hotel between 9pm and 11pm.

The event will also serve as a thank you to Glow’s members for their continued loyalty throughout a protracted period of renovations and an opportunity to showcase the facilities and range of activities on offer.

Guests are invited to take part in activities ranging from workouts to group classes, such as Flamenco, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and Aqua dance. Members’ children can have fun playing games, dancing, practice kickboxing and much more. All activities will be supervised by Glow’s qualified instructors and professionals.
