After working in London with Marcus Wareing, Claridges Hotel in Mayfair and some of Marbella’s finest restaurants, James Alexander has recently set up his latest venture.

Bravura aims to cover all culinary needs by offering a personal and private chef service to Marbella residents who do not require a full time cook. Bravura delivers the next best thing which is having an occasional personal chef to prepare your home cooked meals therefore allowing you the time to relax and enjoy with your family.

The menus are balanced to suit different lifestyles and needs and are all prepared with fresh produce. All items are then vacuum packed in individual portions to ensure freshness and quality.

These items can then be stored in your fridge are freezer without taking up all the space of plastic containers. All of our chefs come from professional kitchen backgrounds and have excellent knowledge of food nutrition.
