El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus is the only major department store in Marbella. However, being the largest department store chain in Spain, you can find its presence in all major Spanish cities.

There are different floors and the Hipercor is a large supermarket within El Corte Ingles located on the ground floor where you can buy a rich variety of things, including women’s fashion, men’s fashion, children’s toys, footwear, sportswear, etc.

When it comes to festive days (like Christmas or New Year) or any special occasion, supermarket complexes like the one here in Puerto Banus is the right place as you will not get quality but also a selection of things to choose your favourite.

Opening Hours: Shops open from Monday to Saturday 10am to 10 pm, and during the month of July and August- it’s 10.30am to 10.30pm, including Sundays.

Getting to El Corte Ingles

If you are coming from Malaga, it’s just about 40 minutes drive from the airport. As you follow the sign of Puerto Banus just off the N340, you can see this huge department store on the left hand side from the main road. It is there – opposite to the famous Marina Banus.
