Costa Women members are invited to attend an exclusive networking, health and fitness event at the new Look Your Best Fitness & Lifestyle studio in Puerto Banus on Friday 20th September from 18.00-20.00.

During the event you will be able to enjoy healthy drinks and snacks, given a 15 minute nutrition masterclass from the personal trainers, given an introduction to EMS technology and a demonstration of how it works, with a few lucky individuals able to try it out for themselves on the day. There will also be an opportunity to have a free body test which measures weight, body mass, fat to muscle ratio and advises on what you need to lose or gain to be in peak physical condition.

This will be followed by relaxed and informal networking in a great environment .
