New Year´s Eve at the Beach House is offering a gastronomic celebration! Tucked away in Elviria, The Beach House promises to deliver the wow factor with attention to detail at every corner with a spectacular culinary experience starting at 19:30.

With the food, wine and service undoubtedly being the stars of the show, The Beach House strives to ensure that the ambience follows suit. A blend of live music will take you from a refined champagne and canape reception to a 12-course degustacion menu and then on into the early hours with a packed dance floor!

Lobster Cappucino with fresh lobster meat

“Fish and Chips” turbot croquette, wasabi pea puree, sweet potato frites

Dressed Mediterranean Crab with saffron aioli

Steak Tartare caviar and sesame toast

Palette cleanser of sorbet with carpaccio of exotic fruit

Sauteed Sea Scallop with Japanese miso soup and enoki mushrooms

Pan Fried Fillet of Seabass

Sauteed baby squid, chorizo and broad beans with rocket foam

Quail Two Ways Confit leg with praised puy lentils au chocolat

Poached breast with mushroom duxelle and carrot puree a’ l’orange

Plus Champagne and Grapes at Midnight with a fabulous live band that will keep you dancing until the small hours!

Ticket prices are €150.00 per person excluding 8% IVA and 10% optional service charge. Champagne (during the canape reception), mineral water, coffee and port are included in the price quoted but all other drinks are charged separately.
