3 Hour Yoga Workshop in Estepona

A 3 hour workshop, Koshas and Pranayama (the practice of breathing techniques), is taking place in Estepona on Saturday the 17th of September from 11am until 2pm.

Often our minds are as overloaded as a highway in London, constricting the flow of our journey in life or yoga practice. If your mind is obsessed or is going in different directions, your breath becomes erratic and your sense of physical ease and balance wavers. Your breath can serve as a bridge between your body and …mind.

Expanded breath = Expanded mind = A sense of openness in the body.

We humans are like a lamp that has five lampshades over our light. Each of the lampshades is a different colour and density. These five levels are called Koshas, which literally means sheaths.

Like knowing the best route home, observation of how these sheaths interact in your practice will help in the flow of your daily life.

Proper breathing is to bring more oxygen to the blood and to the brain, and to control Prana (the vital life energy).

No matter if you are a beginner or have practiced for some time, you will benefit from this workshop.

• The Koshas and the meaning of each one
• Deepening your Pranayama (breathing) practice and benefits
• Hatha Yoga class
• Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation)
• Meditation

The cost for the workshop is 30€. Places are limited to 10 so please book as soon as possible by calling: +34 633 288 556 (pre-payment necessary when booking) or email: info@kamalasyoga.com
