The Sunset Beach Club Hotel in Benalmadena is organising a Carnival Gala, in aid of the Cudeca Hospice on Saturday the 12th March at 8pm.

The Carnival Gala is taking place in the Moonlight Bar at the hotel and promises to be a night full of fantastic entertainment and great music, with a special gourmet 6-course dinner prepared by the head chef, Paul Tugwell and his team, and a selection of wines specially chosen for the event by hotel wine expert, Charlotte Rodríguez, from Cervinco.

Entertainment will be provided live by the fabulous Marbella Big Band, the King of Swing, plus local performer Ricky Lavazza. There will also be an Art Auction of paintings donated by well-known artists on the Coast.

All the funds raised on the evening will be donated to the Cudeca Hospice to continue their wonderful charity work.

The price of the Carnival Gala gourmet dinner is only €50 per person and includes the 6-course dinner, selected wines and the best live music on the coast.

Canon of lamb with tarragon, wrapped in puff pastry, served with a reduction of sherry vinegar

Marinaded strawberries with black pepper, balsamic vinegar served with mascarpone ice-cream & shortbread biscuit
