On Saturday the 2nd of April, El Paraiso Country Club is delighted to announce “An audience with Les Battersby” so get your Coronation Street questions ready!

A fun, pub-style Rovers Return Menu has been devised and, including entertainment, the evening is only 25€ per person!

El Paraiso Country Club is the only venue Bruce Jones (who played Les Battersby) will be appearing at on this stretch of the coast so book now to make sure you don’t miss out!

A Few Facts about Coronation Street:

Ken Barlow has been in the soap for the longest. Played by William Roache, he has been around since day one and, as he says, he could be around for another 30 years.

Coronation Street debuted on December 9th 1960 and is still running today with an estimated fan base of between 8 and 14 million viewers (depending on the story line).

When Fred Elliott ordered Scotch and threat, he was ordering whiskey and water. It refers to whiskey with the threat of water!

Approximately 280 people are needed to work each week to ensure that Coronation Street hits our screens.
