Prawns pil-pil with whiskey or tequila a la Rock´n roll.

Cream of foie-gras flavoured with truffle oil.

Maincourse:

Magret of duck with fresh garden vegetables, cherry wasabi sauce and new potatoes.

Fresh cod gently steamed and served on a bed of creamy mild red-curry sauce and tarragon potatoe purée
