When you think of the Costa del Sol you probably think first of sun and beaches, but just inland from the coast is also the rolling landscape of the La Axarquía valley.
The small historical village of Cútar is hidden in the coastal mountians not far from the sea. In winter time ther are only 150 inhabitants. It is less than 21 km to Málaga, but because the roads wind through the landscape count on it taking 50 min by car.
