The District of Nueva Andalucía will celebrate the “Feria y Fiestas de Nueva Andalucia 2010” from 22nd to 25th July with a broad and inclusive range of activities. This year, as informed by the municipal authority, the event will have activities aimed both at children and elderly under different programmes.
This edition of the feria event will feature young singer Tomas Rivera going by the interest of youngsters and adults in Sunday’s Spanish music with his increasing popularity in the music scene. Among various other activities, there is live music, veteran football tournament, children’s entertainment show, along with special performance by The DUO ARENAL.
* Thursday, July 22
21:30 pm: Parade and Procession of Queens, Ladies and accompanied by the Musical Group the Pollinica of Marbella.
Exit Route:- Deputy Mayor’s Office, Avda Gustavo Adolfo Becquer, Avda Valle Inclan, Miguel de Cervantes Avenue, ending at the fairgrounds.
22:30 pm: Inauguration of the feria Exhibition Grounds and lighting Municipal Caseta by Local Authorities.
– Reading of the Proclamation of the Fair and Festivals of Nueva Andalucía 2010 by Paco and Pedro Mancilla Ortiz, better known as the DUO ARENAL.
– Coronation and imposition of bands for the Queens, Ladies Children, Youth, Miss Congeniality and People’s Queen of the Fair and Festivals of Nueva Andalucía Booth 2010 in the City.
– Then proceed to the imposition of bands to the Queen and Mister Senior Center of Nueva Andalucia.
– Upon completion of these acts, we can dance to traditional songs that bring us our town criers, “Duo Arenal.
* Friday, July 23
13:00 to 19:30 h.: Day Fair Avenue Gustavo Adolfo Becquer (opposite the church of Our Lady Mother) and the Avda Valle Inclán (Bar Los Currante), with various activities which give atmosphere.
20:00 to 23:00 h.: 11 Veterans Football Tournament “Feria de Nueva Andalucía” in the Sports Guadaiza.
1:00 pm: “Kids Party” in the Plaza de Parroquia Virgen Madre de Nueva Andalucía, with the following activities:
– Children’s entertainment show.
– Workshops makeup, globoflexía …
– Tasting cake and refreshments for all children attending.
19:00: Picnic at Senior Center of Nueva Andalucia.
20:00: Opening of the attractions at the fairground.
22:00 pm: Dance in the Municipal Caseta by “The DUO ARENAL and guest conductor.
* Saturday, July 24
10:00 pm: Football Tournament Final 11 Veterans Fair of Nueva Andalucia “in the Sports Guadaiza.
13:00 to 19:30 h: Day Fair Avenue Gustavo Adolfo Becquer (opposite the church of Our Lady Mother) and the Avda Valle Inclán (Bar Los Currante), with various activities which give atmosphere.
20:00: Opening of the attractions at the fairground.
22:00pm: Dance in the Municipal Caseta by “The DUO ARENAL and guest conductor.
* Sunday, July 25
12:00 am: Mass in the parish Rociera Virgin Mother, with the participation of the Choir Virgin Mother of Nueva Andalucía.
13:00 am: Sunday Rociero in Booth Hall (Paella tasting for all attendees).
Avenue Fair Day Gustavo Adolfo Becquer (opposite the church of Our Lady Mother) and the Avda Valle Inclán (Bar Los Currante), with various activities that give atmosphere.
20:00: Opening of the attractions at the fairground.
21:00 pm: Dinner in honour of seniors in the Senior Center of Nueva Andalucia.
22:00 pm: Party at the Municipal Caseta enlivened by the “Duo Arenal.
