The word Güey, pronounced “way” is an ancient word of prehistoric origins. It derives from the Náhuatl “uey” or “huey” which would translate as “brother.

This stunning restaurant, with a beautiful outdoor garden, huge terrace and Sky bar, combines modern and traditional chic decor and features a revolutionary ´bodega´ that boasts a selection of wines unique to Spain. In the kitchen, ancient Mediterranean recipes have been carefully blended with international cuisine making Güey dining an experience to remember!
