The El Campanario Golf & Country House in Estepona is presenting a Hypnosis Show on Saturday the 30th of July.

This event will show you how effective hypnosis is whilst being entertained by a great hypnotist. If you have the courage to let yourself be hypnotized or are just happy to watch others go under, go along to this evening and be amazed by what this great artist can do!

The Hypnosis Show is 40€ per person or 45€ per person for non-members of the El Campanario Golf & Country House.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a mental state where the body and conscious mind are fully relaxed while the subconscious mind is alert, awake and able to receive suggestions, allowing the subconscious and conscious mind to believe the same thing. Anyone who has the desire and is willing can be hypnotized.

How does Hypnosis work?

While the conscious mind rests, the hypnotherapist makes suggestions to the subconscious mind. This way the intellectual mind does not argue with or change the suggestions.

If the suggestions do not conflict with the person’s belief system, moral and ethical views, the subconscious mind accepts the suggestion as true. Over a period of time the subconscious mind informs the alert conscious mind of the new reality.
