The municipal Delegation of Sports, in cooperation with athletic clubs of Marbella and San Pedro, has organised the III San Bernabe League and Mile run for the coming Saturday, June 12th. The race, which is quite popular, has now become a tradition during the famous San Bernabe Festival.
As per the details given by the delegation of sports, Marbella Town Hall, more than a hundred people have already registered for participation in the activity. However, it is expected that the final number of runners might cross 150 of the last edition.
Registration is free for all participants and open until June 11th. Interested participants can register their names at the premises of the two clubs or in the central office of the Delegation of Sports, Marbella. You can even e-mail your application at eventos.deportes@marbella.es.
The race will begin at 21:00 hrs from the Paseo Maritimo, facing Plaza del Mar shopping centre, while the wooden bridge at Puente Romano marks the end of the race. It welcomes participants of all ages, as it is organised for different categories with varied distance to cover.
