El Campanario Golf & Country House presents Living Colours, African sculptures and paintings by Dutch artist, Roel Hofman. The inauguration cocktail is taking place on June the 16th at 8:30pm. Please see the menu below if you are interested in staying for dinner!

Prawns in tempura and chilli sauce

Beef carpaccio with rocket salad and truffles

Main:

Duck leg confit with red fruit sauce
Or
Grilled swordfish with fruit chutney

Dessert:

Chocolate roulade with strawberries

The menu price is 20€ per person which includes VAT. Drinks are not included.

About Roel Hofman:

Roel Hofman was born in The Netherlands in 1956. At a very young age he got fascinated by drawing and painting and from that time on he has worked consciously and seriously on his technique and style.

In his vision the use of colour in a painting is one of the most important elements. It is the first thing to which most people react instinctively. That is why this element stands out most clearly in Roel Hofman’s paintings. The subjects of his paintings are of secondary importance.

Roel wants to affect people unconsciously with colours, evoke pleasant associations and bring pleasure in the lives of people through the effect of his paintings.

Nowadays Roel Hofman’s works can be found in national and international private collections, art galleries and companies.
