Boletus cream with sautéed wild mushrooms, hazelnuts and liquorice

Starters:

Grilled octopus with creamed potato and truffles
Turbot with sauté courgette, thyme, nectarine and citrus vinaigrettes

Young goat shoulder from Málaga with humus of aubergines and caramelised onions

Dessert:

White chocolate and yogurt soup, bitter chocolate cake and milk chocolate ice cream
