Le Chic at the Hipodromo in Mijas will be rocking with TWO live bands on stage plus 5 horse races on Saturday the 23rd July!

Rock Night Program:

9.15pm – STAND VOLUME – a rock band formed by lead Singer/Song Writer Mirella Sanchez, brings a rocking soulful voice, with original material that delivers some very powerful messages and singing talent that is both moving and inspirational.

The band consists of three members with Mirella on lead vocals (who also plays all guitar arrangements with powerful lead guitar solos and rhythm). Cristina on bass, who has rocked many audiences throughout Andalucia for more than 7 years.

Antonio on percussion, is a longtime veteran of the drums, delivering a true and powerful classic rock sound. He has offered many years as a gifted drummer to the likes of many local and national band talents all around Spain.

1.05am – After the races the hugely popular STEREO 80 are back playing the very best of 80s rock and pop – AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Ah-Ha, Guns n Roses! Not to be missed!

Between the races, classic rock music videos will shown on the giant video screens as well as the Mojito shack serving delicious cocktails and the American Diner serving authentic US burgers, Hot Dogs, KFC, Brownies……..with plenty of American classics to wash it down with such as Jack Daniels, Budweiser, Coors, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper etc!
