Salon Varietes Theatre has their next hilarious West End Hit production, MOVE OVER, MRS. MARKHAM, running from the 14th until the 19th January. Written by Ray Cooney and John Chapman and directed by Peter Brooks, early booking is recommended for this great SALVA production with a superb cast including: George du Sel, Lynn Halliday, Catrina Helsby, Richard Hughes, Martina McCormack, Christine Morton, Geoffrey Stansfield, David Vincent and Margaret Williams.

Take one apartment, apparently unoccupied for the evening, add several different opportunist couples with surreptitious plans for its use, unexpected interruptions and developments, and a visit by an important eccentric to whom all must appear quite normal, and then flavour with lashings of slick action and witty, risqué dialogue, plenty of misunderstandings and mistaken identities – and what do you get? Well, according to the Daily Express “Naughty nonsense at its greatest.”

The Salon Varietes Theatre is still the only true live Theatre on the Costa del Sol. The Salon’s Board, S.A.L.V.A. works very hard to maintain the superb standard that has been achieved over the years by a dedicated band of extremely talented people.
