Restaurant El Rincón de Guadalpin is holding a cocktail Summer Party on Friday the 27th of May and you are invited! The event starts at 7.30 until 9pm when an optional three course dinner will be served. The cocktails and canapes are complimentary and the Summer Party dinner is only €35 including a show by the fabulous Ricky Lavazza.

Apart from having an excuse for a party, the idea of the Summer Party is to introduce new clients to the a la carte menu and show off the beautiful terrace that overlooks the Mediterranean which is ideal for al fresco dining during the summer months.

Reservations for the Summer Party –  either the cocktail party and or dinner are essential and guests should notify the restaurant no later than Wednesday the 25th of May.

Summer Party Menu:

Homemade Foccacia bread served with a shot of watermelon gazpacho

Oxtail ravioli with parmesan and rocket pesto with wild mushroom essence

Crisp tart with creamed onion and pan fried scallop

Ballontine of chicken with frisée and apple sauce

Fillet of Pork ‘Wellington’ with duxelle and pate wrapped in puff pastry and served with a Ribera del Duero jus

Roasted Fillet of Hake with strips of smoked salmon, crushed new potatoes with tarragon crème fraîche, , flash fried baby squid and a parsley cream
or
Medallions of breast of chicken stuffed with a ham and thyme mousseline wrapped in Serrano ham on a cassoulet of butter beans and chorizo with a veal vinaigrette
