Music at the Picasso Museum in Malaga! Arturo Serra Ensemble are presenting their rendition of the 4th Cycle of Chamber Music in the Auditorium at 9pm on February the 8th.
For the first time, the Auditorium will be the venue for the Cycle of Chamber Music organized by the Malaga Philharmonic Orchestra. Now in its fourth edition, this is the first in a series of joint projects that will cover five interesting concerts, with music by Ravel, Debussy, Mozart, Max Bruch and Penderecki.
The cycle will feature jazz for the first time with works by Chick Corea and Fred Hersch.
The mostly avant-garde programme has been designed in view of the fact that the museum has a great desire to continue to highlight innovative creative work.

About Chamber music:
Chamber music is a form of classical music, written for a small group of instruments and performed in a small space like a house or a palace room which the word “chamber” signifies. However, it does not necessarily mean solo instrument performances because, typically, Chamber music is performed by an orchestra made up of 40 or fewer musicians.
Tickets are 5 Euros and can be purchased either at the museum ticket office or at the Auditorium one hour before the performance. You can also purchase online at: www.generaltickets.es
