The Marbella Club are celebrating the Christmas season with a spectacular Christmas Eve gala dinner and Christmas Day traditional lunch.

Christmas Eve Menu:

The Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is from 9pm and costs 150€ per person + VAT with Christmas Carols performed by “La Pastoral”.

To Start:

Terrine of Duck Foie Gras with Melon Chutney and Sweet Bread
Cream of Guinea Fowl with Black Truffle and Sherry Sabayon
Fillet of Turbot Spiced with Fennel Seeds and Sea Urchin Cream

Main:

Sirloin with Fine Herbs, Gratin Potatoes and Vegetables “al dente”

Dessert:

Lime Cheese Cake with Red Berries and Fruit Caviar
Coffee and Petits Fours

White Wine: Blas Muñoz (Chardonnay)
Red Wine: López Cristóbal Crianza – Ribera del Duero
Cava: Gramona – Gran Reserva

Christmas Day Lunch Menu:

The Christmas Day lunch is from 2pm and costs 120€ per person + VAT including Christmas carols!

Cream of Lobster with Cognac and Roasted Sesame Seeds
Fillet of Sea Bass with Baby Spinach and Crunchy Pine Nuts

Main:

Traditional Christmas Turkey served with Bread Sauce, Fresh Cranberry Sauce, with Roasted Parsnips and Château Potatoes

Dessert:

Christmas Pudding with Hot Brandy Butter
Christmas Sweets and Nougats

White Wine: Mount Nelson (Sauvignon Blanc)
Red Wine: Apasos – Ronda
Cava: Rovellats – Gran Reserva
