This year the ‘Jazz en la Costa’ festival celebrates its XXIII edition between the 17th and 24th July. It is considered the most important event of this kind in Andalusia coast and also serves as one of the international meetings of jazz veterans of Spain.

Complementing the tropical vegetation, blue Mediterranean and scenic beauty of southern Spain, Jazz on the Coast offers you an opportunity of listening to music in a paradise of settings.

Concerts by international jazz artists such as the Christian Scott Quintet and the David Sanborn Trio will take place throughout the week, each beginning at 10.30 p.m., in the Parque El Majuelo in Almunecar. Besides, you will also get to enjoy the music of Bobby Hutcherson, Rubem Dantas, Stanley Clarke, among others.

Tickets cost 14 euros, or 80 euros for entry to every concert along with a free CD.
