On Friday, March the 11th at 8:30pm, the CIOMIJAS, in collaboration with the Foreigners Department of the Mijas Town Hall, have organised a unique gourmet experience with La Castafiore.

The Restaurant El Jardin de la Cala, located at the Catering & Hotel Management School of CIOMIJAS will be converted into a grand theatre where young lyrical artists from the Company La Castafiore, who will be over from Madrid for the event, will offer the diners the best of the art of opera!

La Castafiore, has an incredible history having perfomed at various occasions for the King and Queen of Spain as well as the rest of the Royal Family, the Vatian and European Parliament.

You are promised a wonderful evening with a fabulous menu paired with excellent Spanish wines as well as a night full of surprises and fantastic entertainment.

Creamy almond cold soup served with grapes and nut crisp

First Act:

Potato confit cube with spinach stew and slices of cod

Second Act:

Slightly smoked mackerel, Iberian cous cous with roasted tomato sauce and a touch of mint

Third Act:

Quail with 2 textures; ñoquis and roasted sage butter
