Cheese Stuffed Olives by Ybarra

Ybarra, the well-known olive producer in Spain, brings this traditional Manzanilla olives stuffed with a mild white cheese which perfectly complements its to the salty flavor in olives.

Produced by the eminent Hijos de Ybarra company, these olives are very much popular throughout the world. The company was originally founded in 1842 by the first Count of Ybarra, Don Jose Maria de Ybarra y Gutierrez de Coviedes, and ever since it remains a family business for next six generations.

The olives are originally drawn from the estate in the Aljarife region of southeast Sevilla province. Aljarife manzanilla table olives are noted for their plumpness, size and flavour.
